Homesure will inspect your property. This is a very detailed inspection and covers more than the physical appearance of your property. We will check inside and out with the end goal to provide you with a comprehensive quality tailored report on your property. The property inspection is the starting point of the Homesure Membership Program. It is the initial snap shot of your property, similar to having a mole map of your body.

2: pROTECTION

Post Inspection: we will provide you with a detailed protection package for your property. This will cover the following:

• Physical security - Locks, latches, security doors and screens
• Electronic security - Monitored alarms, and other smart technology
• Full pest inspection and recommendations
• Air extraction and venting recommendations
• Quality mains wired smoke alarms
• Fire extinguishers
• Quality first aid kit - including a fire blanket

You will have peace of mind that your home is secure and healthy

3: MAINTENANCE

Your property needs to be well maintained. Both deferred and preventative maintenance needs to be done on a regular basis. All leading Industry bodies recommend that property owners keep their properties well maintained. The Homesure Inspection report lists in detail both deferred and preventative maintenance required on your property.

Homesure will help you, via our qualified tradesmen to catch up on your deferred maintenance. Infact for scheduled maintenance there will be no call out fees. As you are a member our tradesmen only work for Homesure and at very competitive rates. Even better we come when you want us. We will turn up on time and both our materials and workmanship is guaranteed.

4: IMPROVEMENTS

When you have caught up on all the outstanding maintenance, Homesure can help you to improve your property. We can assist with design ideas both inside and out. Once again our qualified tradesmen are there exclusively for Homesure members. We can assist with renovations, alterations and additions. We can also provide full landscaping services including design.
