Who is Homesure

We are a new company who will Inspect, Protect, Maintain and Improve Your Property. It is a membership based concept that provides a full service to property owners.

First we give your home a comprehensive inspection and then we assist you to protect - both physical and the internal environment - maintain - including deferred and preventative maintenance - and then improve the value of your home - we will do alterations and additions as well as landscaping your grounds.

The Homesure inspection report will be hand delivered and explained in detail to you. This report is like a mole map of your property and will provide a detailed list of all recommended maintenance .

Homesure has quality tradesmen on call 24 by 7 who work exclusively for our Homesure members. The tradesmen will be there when you need them. Our rates are very competitive and for scheduled maintenance there will be no call out fees.

Through the Homesure membership program your property will be maintained in pristine condition and will be a pleasure to live in.

Homesure will also educate the property owner on how to become more efficient with the recourses that the home and inhabitants use - mainly water and power - this saves the planets resources and will reduce water and energy bills for the homeowner.

The definition of Home is - "ones place of residence" and sure is - "safe from harm"

Homesure founder Richard Carver

Richard Carver is currently a Director of Registered Master Builders Federation. Richard was previously the Chief Executive of Carters a Division of Carter Holt Harvey. During this time he was also the founding Chairman of the Building Industry Federation. Richard's vision through Homesure is to help Homesure Members to keep their property in a pristine state and to provide the tradesmen at affordable rates to Homesure Members.
